The amazing new line of ADC ConTour Winches offer reliable, accurate, affordable theatrical automation that operates on Art-Net and is packed with safety features. The SDRX2 professional grade, zero fleet spotline winch has dual synchronized lift lines to prevent its load from spinning, while sending integrated power and 10/100 data down to power and control your scenic or lighting effect.

Moon boxes, video panels, small flats and effects elements can be easily flown, energized and controlled from the the ConTour Winch SDR X2 Trapeze. Two of ADC's proprietary multiconduc­tor flat wires spool down and attach to a machined 24" long, 1-1/4" batten. Ethercon and Powercon connectors are inset to simplify connecting the scenic element to power and data. Like the other ConTour Winches in this group, the SDR X2 Trapeze has a load capacity of S0lbs and includes 2x 10A (18ga) conductors for power and 4x twisted pair data conductors (24ga} for data.

The ConTour Winch SDR X2 Trapeze has a 50Ib dynamic load capacity, a travel speed of 0 - 3ft/sec and 25ft (7.6m} of lift-line travel. Its lightweight, compact size allows the ConTour SDR to fit in tight rigging packs, or to mount completely within the frame of ADC's 14" automation truss making truck pack and load in a breeze. The SDR module is fully integrated with the ConTour Winch base unit. It draws 24VDC power and data from the unit directly or, for added convenience, it also includes separate Powercon True 1 and Ethercon inputs and pass through ports. This allows you to send power and 10/100 ethernet data to the lifted opbject independent of the winch's power and data network, giving you greater control over the distribution plan. The ConTour Winch SDR X2 Trapeze can be controlled via a variety of protocols including Mod­bus/ TCP, Art-Net, sACN or via Axis1 Touch Controller, ADC's programmable touchscreen controller.

The ConTour Winch SDR X2 Trapeze was designed from the ground up with the highest safety standards in mind:
  • Capacity: 50lb dynamic load capacity.

  • Speed: 25ft (7.6m) of lift-line travel at 0 - 3ft/sec.

  • Protocols: Includes Art-Net, sACN, Modbus, ADC Axis1 programmable touchscreen controller.

  • Safety: SIL3 compliant; emergency stop circuit over ethernet; 24VDC primary, power-off brake provides safety if power loss; and user programmable over-current shut down.

  • Weight / Dimensions: Lightweight (84 lbs), compact (31.16" x 9.83" x 13.85"), fits within ADC 14" automation truss for quick truck pack & load-in.

  • Operation: Standard line-down, horizontal draw, oblique angle or inverted, provided it remains under minimal tension. ADC patented yo-yo drum uses flat, ½” fire-rated Kevlar webbing for silent operation and quick attachment.
