Shipping Information

  1. F.O.B. point is our warehouse or shipping point.
  2. All shipping charges are responsibility of customer.
  3. UPS used for most shipments unless otherwise indicated.
  4. For air shipments, please specify your carrier of choice and level of service at the time of your order.
  5. Shipments made by common carrier are sent collect unless prior arrangements have been made.
  6. Rose Brand cannot be held responsible for the performance of any third party shipper.
  7. All orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.
  8. If item is not in-stock, you will be notified by a Rose Brand customer service representative within 48 hours.
  9. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for weekend orders.
  10. Rose Brand ships to all points within the U.S. as well as internationally.
