  • Create and update schedules based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and outside printers as needed to supply products to our customers.
  • Load and operate equipment as needed, based on schedule and demand.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate job flow.
  • Utilize ERP software, manage delivery dates, complete job paperwork, and track material usage.

PURCHASING MANAGER – Secaucus NJ or Sun Valley, CA

  • Purchase material and product in high volume through multiple vendors.
  • Procurement of non-standard materials as required by project managers on a tight timeline.
  • Manage daily issues that arise from vendors and internal customers.
  • Initiation and follow through of vendor credits.
  • Vendor relations, price changes and timeline management.
  • Maintain supplier database, purchasing records and related documentation.
  • Coordinate inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.


  • Work with customers in the Live Entertainment, Film & TV, Theater, Events to interpret & execute design concepts.
  • Communicate with Customers over the phone and occasionally in person.
  • Manage project needs and advise customers on product choices based on intended use and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate with shipping department and warehouse to execute rentals.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - Secaucus NJ or Sun Valley, CA

  • Provide expert advice on Rose Brand products to insure a successful experience for the customer.
  • Offer design suggestions and providing quotations for custom drapery, rigging and scenic projects.
  • Manage customer service issues such as order tracking, returns and general inquiries.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments including production, engineering, sewing, shipping, and finance to insure all aspects of an order progress successfully.
  • Grow the list of satisfied repeat customers.

TECHNICAL SALES and Project Manager – Orlando, FL

  • Grow the business and footprint in the Florida market.
  • Meet with customers to help them develop solutions to fit their space and budget.
  • Provide quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Manage Installations of track and drape systems in theatrical and commercial environments.
  • Manage sub-contractors and tracking job costing.
  • Coordinate design and as built drawings with the drafting department.
  • Develop strategic relationships with vendors & customers to improve capabilities & offerings in the Florida market.
