Shipping Information
- F.O.B. point is our warehouse or shipping point.
- All shipping charges are responsibility of customer.
- UPS used for most shipments unless otherwise indicated.
- For air shipments, please specify your carrier of choice and level of service at the time of your order.
- Shipments made by common carrier are sent collect unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Rose Brand cannot be held responsible for the performance of any third party shipper.
- All orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24-48 hours.
- If item is not in-stock, you will be notified by a Rose Brand customer service representative within 48 hours.
- We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for weekend orders.
- Rose Brand ships to all points within the U.S. as well as internationally.
