*The Cordage Institute specifies that the Safe Working Load (SWL) guideline shall be determined by dividing the minimum tensile strength of the rope by a safety factor. The safety factor ranges from 5 to 12 for non critical uses and is typically set at 15 for lifelines. Rose Brand recommends a safety factor of 10:1 as a guideline for choosing a fiber rope. Remember that tying knots in rope can reduce the strength by 50% or more.

NOTE: multiple cases may be shipped per package in order to minimize the charge for shipping

Sample shipping & handling charge of $18 applies to orders shipped within the US and $50 for outside of the US. Additional charge of $1 per swatch. Maximum of 5 swatches.
