Rose Brand and USITT will host a Design Action Competition at this year’s USITT Conference

Rose Brand has announced the creation of the Rose Brand USITT Action Design Competition. The competition will consist of up to four different teams of students competing against each other to create the best scenic environment. Teams will consist of a student scenic designer, technical director, lighting designer and a costume designer. Each team member will not know their team mates, which supplies they will be given, or the theme of their environment until the day before the competition. Teams will be given a 10’ x 10’ space and 3 ½ hours to work with.
