Used to fold curtains on the offstage edge when opening. The leading edge remains flat creating a "sliding door" effect.

Details

Provides sliding door effect. Prevents curtain from accumulating (stacking) until the track ends are reached. For use with cord-operated Silent Steel® 280 series tracks equipped with #14 (7/16") operating cord only.

These devices must face the pulley end of each carrier as illustrated and are not attached to the master carriers nor to the last single carrier of this track system. To assure quiet track operation on 280 Series tracks, a 2827-A Rubber Spacer is inserted between the Back Pack® guide® and the carrier and between the Back Pack® guide and adjoining carrier. The rubber spacers are included with 280 series Back Pack® Guides and do not have to be ordered separately.
