Details

Free Flow Mesh is more opaque than Blow Through or Mesh 70. It has many fine perforations like the Mesh 30, but with a softer fabric feel. Air and sound pass through the material well due to acoustic transparency. This makes it a good substitute for printed theatrical scrim. Lit from the front it appears opaque, but can cross fade like a scrim. Great solution for scrim bleed-through effects. See our blog article on "How To Light A Scrim." This stable material is great for stretching over frames. Best used for large scale images viewed from a distance such as outdoor concerts and events. Please consult a qualified engineer to calculate wind loads on all jobs.
