Rose Brand Acquires IWEISS
Rose Brand, ADC and IWEISS bring together more than 300 years of expertise in theatrical fabrics, drapery construction, curtain track, rigging, automation, controls and installation.
Two companies with shared expertise but different strengths.
Rose Brand and IWEISS have spent more than a century serving many of the same customers and solving many of the same production challenges, often from different directions.
Now we're bringing those capabilities together.
Both companies are the acknowledged experts in sewing and drapery construction, from simple backdrops and masking to the most elegant and complex main curtains. Rose Brand brings deep resources in theatrical fabrics, wide format digital printing, production supplies and custom solutions. IWEISS brings extensive experience in theatrical rigging, engineering, fabrication, project management and installation. ADC adds curtain track, machinery and theatrical automation, while the Axis1 platform provides a uniquely flexible control architecture connecting those systems.
Together, all of our customers will have access to a broader range of products and technical expertise, and more importantly, experienced, talented people who understand how those pieces work together. Existing projects, commitments, and day-to-day operations will continue as usual while the organizations plan for the future together.
The combination reflects a shared commitment to the future of the live entertainment industry by bringing together complementary expertise that helps customers confidently take on increasingly complex productions and projects.

Rose Brand, IWEISS and ADC each grew up serving people who make things happen on stages, in venues and behind the scenes.
IWEISS traces its roots back more than 120 years and was born on Broadway building generations of experience in theatrical drapery, rigging, engineering fabrication and installation.
Rose Brand has served the industry since 1921, growing from a fabric business into a national resource for theatrical fabrics, wide format digital printing, production products, custom fabrication and special event production through our sister company, Swag Decor.
ADC has been manufacturing curtain track and machinery since 1919, and today its capabilities extend into increasingly sophisticated automation through Axis1.
We're proud of those histories. We're more interested in what we can build from them next.
