Cinema Masking Machine

 The 2910 sprocket drive, and 2936 drum-drive cinema masking machine allows for smooth movement, accurate stops and precise speed control. Utilizing preset stops these machines move the masking panels in either direction from any point in travel. These include the Simplici-T Drive for power and control or the upgraded for Axis1 Network control. The 2910 sprocket drive moves at at a reduced speed up to 18 feet per minute to allow for precise stopping of masking panels. While the 2936 drum drive can travel up to 40 feet per minute. Great for cinema masking where multiple film formats are used.

The Simplici-T Drive utilized on the 2910S and the 2936S  provides programmable variable speed motion for smooth starts and stops, and feature a rotary limit switch to provide preset stops for the curtain, onboard push button controls and push button pendant for remote operation with optional wall mounted pendant with key lock for clean installation in finished spaces.

Networked with an Axis1 Controller, the 2910N and 2936N have fully programmable positions, speed, and cueing, allowing coordinated motion and scenes with all machines on the Axis1 Network. Programming and control is also possible from a lighting desk connected to the Axis1 Controller allowing for complete automation and lighting integration.
