Please place the UNOPENED box in a warm (70 degree+) room and allow it come to room temperature before opening the box. This can require as long as 48 hours. If you attempt to open a frozen screen it may become damaged, and Rose Brand will not be liable. Even opening the box and removing the wrapped screen can cause damage.
