This drape is in excellent condition, but there is quite a bit of dust and creases due to storage.

Specifications:
Dimensions: 27'-4" high by 34'-6" wide
Fabric: FR* Brick Marvel Velour, 25 oz. 100% cotton, nap up. Possible lined with unidentified lining.
Fullness: none (flat)
Top Finish: webbing, grommets and ties on 12" centers
Side/Bottom Finish: sides finished with 1" female loop fastener and a 5" pipe hem at bottom. Cut-out "door" at bottom center, 14'3" high x 16' wide (see image)
